ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Dustin Miller | OSHA
Dustin Miller is a Compliance Assistance Specialist (CAS) with the OSHA Fairview Heights Area Office. Prior to his tenure as a CAS, he served as a Safety Specialist – Compliance Officer. Mr. Miller has been with OSHA for 20 years. Prior to his tenure with OSHA, Mr. Miller held previous positions in the centrifugal foundry/machine shop and petrochemical industries. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Safety Management and a Master’s of Science in Human Resource development from Indiana State University along with OHST and CHST certifications.
Glenn Edwards | IMEC
Glenn Edwards is a result-oriented professional with over 30 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, managing various departments, but with a focus on Human Resource and Safety. His passion has been to develop the workforce for improved performance, competitiveness, and employee satisfaction. Utilizing workforce development strategies, continuous improvement methods, and positive leadership skills have proven to lead to excellence in safety, quality, delivery, profit, and employee relations. He is an IMEC Technical Specialist and provides workforce development expertise in the areas of Leadership Training and Development, On-boarding and Retention, Employee Engagement, Recognition, and Relations among others. Glenn earned his Bachelor Degree in Management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
