Hear real solutions that can be used long after the luncheon ends.

Education: The Implementation of HB 3296
It is important now more than ever that employers establish relationships with their local school districts with the goal of developing their future workforce. The recent passage of HB 3296 provides a key opportunity for employers to establish touch points within their local school districts specifically as it relates to career and technical education (CTE) programming. This panel will feature experts that have worked to establish those relationships and develop a school to career workforce pipeline.
HR/Company Culture
Company Culture can attract or deter talent. Good company culture cultivates engagement, innovation, and meaningful contributions from your employees. Manufacturers across Illinois share insights on how they brought meaning, purpose, and value to their employees. Listen to their strategies for onboarding, career development, and retention and learn how they helped their employees’ overcome obstacles so they could bring their best self to work.
