In those systems he has worked extensively on Root Cause Analysis / Problem Solving initiatives to continuously improve those systems. Jesse is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Lead Internal Auditor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University.
