I have to improve quality and process. I have to upskill people. I've done this many times, and I had to fix a lot of things within weeks of starting the job. How long can people wait for change? Not long. I set houses in order in record time. I'm hired to put out fires. I'm happy to make a multi-year plan and see it through.
