But let us accept the fact that women and men are different biologically and when in a family life, females may go through child bearing and rearing, which will take considerable time and effort. This may cause setbacks in professional life, though not always. If success is counted only in terms of a successful career, some women may not be able to make it. However, what I feel is success in life shouldn’t be measured with a single parameter. Success is giving 100% to whatever you do, and deriving happiness and satisfaction from it.
