You need more success as women
Anyone can do it of course, If Oprah Winfrey can do it, someone else can do it. If you are willing to live like Oprah, You can get billionaire success. You need to have a burning desire, then you can succeed. You have to read business books, be updated about business and move with successful people and implement what works well in your business. If that was the case, there would be so many women billionaires. Why is it not so ? Almost Every second girl or woman you can imagine will have " Ma " The Inbuilt attitude of a Woman Makes her Prefer Motherhood over anything else, That is the Reason there are not many woman billionaires. If you can see the Joy of Motherhood, I think It Surpasses Everything !
Women don't crave so much for materialism , however there are exceptions and the Billionaire women like Oprah are exceptions women millionaires are created everyday. There are innumerable women all over the world who have become millionaires irrespective of their situation, so women millionaires are common. Women millionaires are made everyday out of the thousands of millionaires that USA creates in days, there will be many women. Irrespective of the life you want to lead, you can still get business success if you go with the success principles. If you want to know rich women you can check the western woman bloggers . In the West there are too many rich millionaire women than in the East. Their culture demands it. At a young age, everyone is told to stand on their feet, so irrespective of sex, they start a living. These women whether from east and west have shown that success in business is possible.
But let us accept the fact that women and men are different biologically and when in a family life, females may go through child bearing and rearing, which will take considerable time and effort. This may cause setbacks in professional life, though not always. If success is counted only in terms of a successful career, some women may not be able to make it. However, what I feel is success in life shouldnât be measured with a single parameter. Success is giving 100% to whatever you do, and deriving happiness and satisfaction from it.
Not in areas that have traditionally been dominated by women anyway, such as nursing. But even in teaching, itâs surprising how many teachers are women and yet how many school principals are men. In other areas that have traditionally been dominated by men, yes, it is harder for women to succeed. They have to work harder for the same amount of recognition that men get, and for promotion. In certain fields, yes. Many women in the scientific and entertainment fields face discrimination and sexual harassment from their male counterparts, but women are generally treated better in more traditionally feminine fields like childcare and education.
Simply put, yes, it is more challenging for women to succeed in business. This in no way means it is impossible. Women are overcoming the challenges every day and you can do that too. First, let us explore why this is and what changes could potentially come in the future. There are approximately 12.3 million women-owned businesses in the U.S. In fact, 27% of all small businesses are owned by women. These businesses generate an estimated $1.8 trillion a year. While these statistics are incredibly impressive, women still face challenges on the road to success.

Gender inequality in work place. If you walk into an office, board meeting or investor meeting, more often than not you will find yourself outnumbered by men. Women currently make up about half of the labor force but only 4 out of every 10 businesses are owned by women. While there are 114% more women entrepreneurs than there were 20 years ago, they still face inequalities when compared to male entrepreneurs. To this day, women still only earn about 80-81% of what a man in the same position makes. Women are often more educated than the average entrepreneur with multiple degrees. Yet, they still do not get the respect and acknowledgment that their counterparts receive.
Many more hurdles to overcome. Women also face a variety of other issues when trying to succeed in the business world. Some of the challenges that they continue to face: · They struggle to obtain capital or cash flow. They have difficulty with recruiting and retaining employees. They are still outnumbered by men and in a male dominated industry. They find that some do not take them seriously. The fear that you have to adopt a male attitude of extreme confidence. The fear that owning their success will come off as bragging. Lack of advisors and mentors. The difficulty to balance a business and family. While these challenges can get in your way and make the process hard, it is still possible to be more successful than you ever thought possible.
It depends upon your definition of success. The higher you want to go in an organization and in management, the more difficult it becomes. That is equally true for men. Every company looks at its managers and executives differently and it takes political savvy to know what your chances are within any given organization. Part of it is based on the culture of the industry and part is based on the mindset of the particular company CEO.
The smarter you are with your political capital, the better track record you have and the kind of communicator you are probably the three best indicators of potential upward mobility given the constraints of the executivesâ mindsets and needs as well as the traditional culture of the industry. Confidence is the key to success. Many of us do fear that excessive confidence can turn people away. However, it is important to not only believe in yourself but to also believe in your potential and the qualifications that you bring to the table. Women still are not treated equally in the business world, but we have seen steps in the right direction. As more and more women create their own businesses, we can expect to see a rise in the positive statistics and a decrease in the ones that discourage you from trying.
