Year 2021 highlight

Year 2021 highlight

Another year passed by? Definitely "NO'. The year 2021 was a lot more than expected. It was a year where I learned a lot about myself. A year where I was not just rushing and chasing my dreams and goals unlike the year 2020. The year 2020 was a year where all I did was chasing my goals and career, but 2021 was a special one, where I realised the importance of life. In the year 2021, I was chasing life, doing things that interest me the most, finding a lot more about my self, discovering new possibilities, a better better understanding of my self and did a lot of self-reflection.

1 - Job switch - Every time a person changes job he/she learn a lot more. My new role enabled me to understand how important role 'people' play in business. Business is much more than finishing a task. Dealing with ambiguity and trying to make things better. This year it was like focusing a lot more on people and relationships. I learned how important it is to change your conversation while dealing with different people, the importance of the right structure, good culture, strategic thinking, compassion, and wisdom. Importance of patience, teamwork, and collaboration in business. Every individual is different and has a different skill set and strength, human beings are powerful souls and we got to use people's strength to empower businesses which can ultimately empower the planet.

2 - Spent time with nature - I love to spend time with nature. I am probably a sun, moon, star, beach, and nature kind of a person. I learn a lot from nature. One of the most beautiful thing that I learned from nature is appreciating imperfections. There's a hell lot of beauty in imperfections. Cherishing them and celebrating them is what makes things look lovely.

No two leaves are the same but they do not compare with each other, instead, they bloom in their own way. Another thing is growth. Keep growing and keep being more, growth is life. Nature signifies calmness, kindness, strength, beauty, persistence, and life.

3 - People and friends - Lockdown helped me to spend a lot more of my time with my friends and family as I was locked with them. People play a very important role in life. How important it is to find right people to work with and spend time with? Glad that I've found some really great gems, people call them human beings but I call them stars or may be rockstars. All that I have become and become is mostly because I am surrounded by beautiful souls who bring the best from me and have contributed significantly to my success. Don't have words to say how thankful I am to be surrounded by such wise souls. THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GEM in life, and for doing so much for me. I am very much grateful to all those people who have touched my life and played a role. I can definitely say I am very much fortunate when it comes to having people in life.

4 - Health - Definitely I have started focusing a lot more on my health. Which includes my mental and physical health both, zoomba classes to playing basketball, health cooking, and practicing yoga has added a spoon full of charms in life. Being conscious of what I am eating and definitely not eating too many pizzas was a great idea. We are what we eat so should be careful with what is coming on our plate!

Even though there was a lockdown in Sydney and definitely it felt bad to see my loved ones having COVID but I also realised that we cannot control everything and we must keep shining and growing. Overall, it was a great year, where I saw my dreams getting fulfilled, doing what interests me the most, came closer with my family and friends, and definitely got a better understanding of who I am and what I want to do, and what interests me the most.

Year 2022 will be a year where I will be doing things that touch lives in a more meaningful way. Also, definitely making things better which is my biggest passion. Being definitely better and doing more things for other people so as to empower this planet and people living on it.
