Why do I choose to do things from the heart and why it is worth practicing?

Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye.

 – H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

I am a person who believes in doing things from the heart. In my life experience, I have found that things done from the heart produce great results.

Whatever you do (whether you love doing it or not), at some point in time, things will go difficult and at that point of time if you are not loving what you are doing, there are high chances that you will quit because no one wants to put up with something which they don't like, but if you are doing things from your heart and your intentions are right then at that time you will show immense grit & resilience, you will bounce back again and again and you will amaze not only others but yourself too.

What happens when we do things from the heart?

- You become bigger than yourself - When you do things from your heart, you will overcome so many challenges, you will have a broader perspective which will help you to develop great skills, where you start thinking about others too and the impact your work is creating on other people's lives, and you will rise above from your fear, disappointments, grief, and anxiety. You will live and lead with a purpose, passion and fulfillment.

- You will show immense grit & resilience which will be an inspiration for not only this generation but for the future generations to come - Yes, you will be able to inspire millions. You will demonstrate hope, courage, and strength. When people will see you bouncing back, they will derive their strength from you, sometime you might not even know who is deriving their inspiration from you. Yes, you will create a bigger impact, you will be an asset, a more valuable and much-needed asset in this world.

- You will know that you were honest with yourself - You will live with yourself because no matter what people will say, you will know that you gave your best shot! Quoting Bhagwat Geeta - anyone who is a dedicated karma yogi neither hates nor desires, and therefore such a person is the "eternal renouncer". Failures won't disappoint you, you will know that you did your best and not everything is in your hands, you cannot control everything and you will still give your best irrespective of results and you know why? Because you did it from your heart!

- You will do things from a deep emotional sincerity - By using your brain + body + emotions you will be able to create great things, things that you never even imagined. Emotions are a very powerful tool if used wisely they can create wonders, emotions touch hearts and lives, ultimately leading to well-being and wellness.

- Best way to love what you do - Yes, you will be more than a regular 9-5 job, you will start thinking about the solutions, and the changes you are making, and along with doing your job, you will enjoy your life journey.

So what are you waiting for? If your current job is not exciting then don't wait, talk to your manager, do whatever but don't get stuck. Try different things and see how you can help yourself to live a life worth living. A life that you were always meant to live. Repeating it once again, do not wait, take action and you will find what you love doing and it will help you to achieve your life goals.
