This is great Tammy! I love your insights into creating a high performing board. At Zeck, we are trying to flip the board meeting from a reporting function to a think-forward strategic conversation. Our platform does this by driving more engagement and interaction between operating teams and their board members. Feel free to reach out if you know anyone thinking about upping their board communication and meetings.
