Skills and Talent VS Academic Certification

Sorry about this because I know that most of us here have great academic qualifications, and I know that as humans, we cherish our achievements! However, while academic qualifications are good, I believe that they are not as good as skills, talent and having the right attitude.

If we want to accelerate the development of our communities, we should pay more attention to skills, talent and the demonstration of the right attitude instead of academic certification. We need a change of mindset on this. All over the world it is mostly the skilled and talented people and those with the right attitude who had done great things and not the people with mere shining academic reports!

This is not to say we should not go to school to study. My point is, schools should be a place for developing skills and unlocking talent, and most importantly foster the right attitude.
