H2H approach: â Team First!
Our H2H (Human 2 Human) approach to retention and growth is rooted in a deep respect for our people. In 7 years, weâve seen our group grow from 2 to 105 individuals, so we know what it takes to nurture one person at a time, creating great teams in the process. Â
We understand that a thriving workplace is one where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. And everyone is different!

ðºï¸ We're thrilled to offer a remote-first policy that empowers our team members to work from wherever they feel most productive. This fosters a culture of trust and autonomy, and it's a policy that's paying off! We've had digital nomads who've travelled the world, working from Thailand, Indonesia, Moldova, Singapore, Cabo Verde, and more. For those who prefer the office environment, we also have two amazing offices in Lisbon and Porto, perfect for those who enjoy going out of the house and working alongside colleagues.
ð§ We recognise the importance of mental health! We have made it our mission to provide our team with all the resources they need to stay mentally and emotionally well. Like, for example, access to a professional mental health support discount with some partners, several fantastic workshops over the years about dealing with anxiety, guidance on how to turn off during COVID, and nutrition initiatives that promote a healthy work-life balance!
ð Over the past seven years, we have created some amazing upskilling and reskilling programs! Our team members are always equipped with the latest skills and knowledge, with training programs online and offline. We even went to Amsterdam and the UK for sourcing training, always trying to keep ahead of industry trends and ready to take on new challenges.
ð We make sure DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) are not just buzzwords. Weâve implemented recruitment practices, internal policies, and a team culture that makes everyone welcome, respected and included. We value merit and equality of opportunity.

ð¯ We've moved away from traditional performance reviews to embrace a more agile approachâand it's been a fantastic move! We love our regular check-ins, real-time feedback, and goal-setting! They're an essential part of our performance management strategy, helping our team members stay engaged and motivated. We have several strategies that enable agile performance management, including a career path program and the implementation of human resources software that keeps the team engaged, goal-oriented, and with regular performance reviews and feedback.
