If you are planning a Raise, you should have prepared your documents and done your research for us to start your raise in November 2021 if not, we can support this, but this window of opportunity will not work until now 2022 Q1 with March being the other busiest month to raise.

FUND IT YOURSELF OR THROUGH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

If you believe as you should do in your Company, then you should have invested yourself as it gives confidence to other Investors.

BUSINESS LOANS

Business Start Up Loans Start Up Loans | Virgin Start Up Loans - Support and Advice to Start Your Own Business I worked on this Project for many years in the beginning and supported over 2000 Founders obtain this loan then supported those 5% to raise equity. The UK Government in the last Budget Oct 2021 have committed further to this support.

CROWD FUNDING

I have also worked in supporting Crowd Funding since 2014. The main providers to date of equity crowdfunding in the UK are Crowdcube and Seedrs, where individuals can invest as little as £10 and small businesses/start-ups can raise a minimum investment of at least £10,000, with there being no maximum limit on the amount a company can raise.

We have a large network of Angel Investors UK including those who are accredited to support our SEIS/EIS Funds as well as some of our VC Investors. VENTURE CAPITAL

Our Partner Cedric Torossian Pollenise is an ex-USA NYC VC and brings a wealth of expertise and contacts to us to source suitable VCs globally. Also, how to approach them and prepare your documents.

Executive summary, company structure, business and marketing strategies, profit and loss statement, balance sheets, tax returns, bank statements and legal documents - they need to be lined up to secure that all-important funding. We support this process including Financials and other documents with which we can support.

FAMILY OFFICES/UHNWI INVESTORS

I have spent my personal funds travelling to Global Family Office Events from Monaco to Geneva to Dubai to NYC to meet these Investors as they only network with contacts they have met face to face and have been personally recommended to follow up with. I am fortunate enough at times to be a speaker at these events and from 2017-2019 I spent my time and resources at least once a month attending one of these Events. The personal cost to me was worth every penny and I hope to repeat this again in 2022. We host our own Family Office Events in London and are back in person since the Summer 2021 and are now gearing up for our CHRISTMAS SPECIAL sponsored by the MILL FAMILY OFFICE on 9 Dec Mayfair. I have one of the largest networks of Family Offices in the UK and it is growing. We hope to WELCOME back our USA and GCC Family Offices back to London for our 31 March 2022 Spring Family Office Conference. There are now about one thousand Single Family Offices in the UK compared to eight hundred when I started so growing.
