Hope the 1st quarter is going well for you all. Q1 is often branded the “golden quarter” and the team at Love Recruitment truly hope that 2024 has been the same for the entire industry. We have loved supporting our clients during Q1. It is such a great time for the industry.  

I wanted to update you all with a roadmap of our research and projects we are currently doing in the background. We hope this research and the insights coming from it will help support the industry in understanding the talent market better. Our goal is always to support the industry in attracting the best talent in the market and we believe this is a key foundation for the success of the sector.  

We have already conducted the Pulse Survey in 2022 + 2023 and you can download the copy of these here .  

Next week, we will be launching our Personal Trainer survey 2024. This survey is designed to help understand Personal Trainers better and this will be our 2nd edition of this research. You can download the Personal Trainer Survey 2021 here . The 2024 edition should be completed by end of March.  

In Q2, we will be launching our first Benefits study. With this, we will aim to produce a document that highlights the key benefits that are being offered to General Managers/Club managers across the industry. We aim to create a document that is used by HR/Operation teams across the industry and we hope this will have a positive impact on employee benefits + wellbeing.  

In Q3, we will be producing an interview guide for candidates to support them in succeeding to get their next role. We will be approaching hiring managers and getting their insight into what they want to see from candidates in regards to CV, preparation, research and overall conduct.  

And finally in Q4, we will be conducting our Pulse Survey again.
