The Key to Scaling Your Business (without working more hours)

Let’s be real, pricing can feel tricky.

What usually happens is that we look at what others are charging, and then think, “I’ll go a little lower to stand out.”

I’ve been there.

But I’ve also learned this: going lower doesn’t make you more competitive — it makes you undervalued.

Here’s what I want you to think about instead:

  • The Value You Bring: Pricing is not just about being “affordable.” It’s about the transformation your clients experience. Your price should reflect the value of the solution you provide.
  • Who You’re Serving: Are you attracting bargain hunters who are only focused on price? Or are you pulling in clients who are ready to invest in real change? Big difference.
  • There’s a Buyer for Every Price Point: Whether it’s a $297 course or a $10,000 coaching package, there is a market for your offer when your message speaks to the right people.

Don’t be afraid to set a price that matches the impact of your work. Trust me, there’s always someone willing to invest when the value is clear.


2. Will Offering an Online Course Devalue My 1:1 Services?

I get it — you might be wondering, “If I launch an online course, will people stop wanting to work with me one-on-one?”

Spoiler alert: absolutely not.

In fact, it can do the opposite. Look at people like Tony Robbins, Marie Forleo, and even yours truly!

We all offer scalable products — like free masterclasses, group programs, and online courses— and yet our premium one-on-one work remains highly sought after.

Or, let me correct myself, to be honest, I don't even KNOW if Tony and Marie offers it at all...

Think about it — have you ever seen a free Tony Robbins masterclass and thought, “Hmm, I bet his one-on-one work isn’t that great now”?

No way! These offers actually elevate your brand and make working with you one-on-one even more appealing!


A scalable offer does two things for you:

  • It Creates Know, Like, and Trust Fast: A free masterclass or a lower-ticket offer allows people to get a feel for your expertise, which leads to faster, stronger trust. And trust is what leads to clients.
  • It Gives You Freedom: Working one-on-one can cap your earnings and your time. But with a scalable offer — like a $997 Online Course — you can serve dozens (or hundreds!) of clients at once, instead of being tied to your calendar for every single sale.

If you set it up correctly, there will be NO CAP on your earnings from an Online Course.

Let’s break it down with some quick math:

Imagine offering a $1,000 scalable product and selling 20 spots.

That’s $20,000 right there — without needing to book 20 individual calls.
