IKO's NT Range: A Precision Motion Solution Introducing the NT Series: IKO Nippon's NT Series offers ultra-compact, high-precision positioning table

IKO's NT range is a series of high-precision linear motion products designed for applications requiring exceptional accuracy, speed, and reliability. These tables feature an integrated direct drive and a low-profile design, making them ideal for space-constrained environments. These products are primarily used in industries like semiconductor manufacturing, medical equipment, and precision machining.

Key Features and Benefits of IKO's NT Range:

  • High-precision: The NT Series delivers exceptional positioning accuracy, thanks to its cross-roller bearing guidance and high-resolution encoder.
  • Compact design: The ultra-compact design allows for easy integration into various applications, even with limited space.
  • High-Performance Drive: The integrated direct drive, powered by neodymium magnets, provides large thrust forces and responsive positioning.
  • Maintenance-Free Operation: The C-Lube lubrication system ensures low maintenance and long service life.
  • Versatile Applications: The NT Series is suitable for a wide range of industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, measuring instruments, and assembly.

The IKO range of NT Linear Motor Tables comprised of 5 styles of positioning table;

Standard Models (NT…V)

IKO's Standard Models (NT…V) offer three sectional widths and can withstand thrusts up to 36 N. With stroke lengths ranging from 10 to 120 mm.

Utilising Linear Way L, a compact linear motion rolling guide, NT…V models provide reliable and precise table guidance. Additionally, they are compatible with vertical mounting configurations, offering flexibility in installation.

High Accuracy Models (NT…H)

IKO's High Accuracy Models (NT…H) are designed for applications demanding exceptional precision. These models offer a maximum thrust of 25 N and stroke lengths ranging from 25 to 65 mm.

Featuring Anti-Creep Cage Crossed Roller Ways in the table guiding parts, NT…H models achieve a running accuracy of less than 1 µm, making them ideal for tasks requiring the highest levels of precision.

Pick and Place Models (NT…XZ)

IKO's Pick and Place Models (NT…XZ) are designed for applications requiring precise and efficient object handling. These models offer a maximum thrust of 50 N on the X-axis and 25 N on the Z-axis, with stroke lengths of 45 mm and 10 mm respectively.

Featuring a remarkably slim profile of just 18 mm, NT…XZ models are ideal for space-constrained environments. The table guiding parts utilise C-Lube Linear Way ML miniature linear motion rolling guides, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

High Thrust Pick and Place Models (NT…XZH)

IKO's High Thrust Pick and Place Models (NT…XZH) are designed for demanding applications requiring exceptional force and precision. These models deliver a maximum thrust of 70 N in both the X and Z axes, with stroke lengths of 25 mm and 10 mm respectively.

Equipped with closed-loop control using linear encoders on both axes, NT…XZH models offer high resolution and rapid responsiveness. The table guiding parts utilise C-Lube Linear Way ML miniature linear motion rolling guides, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.

Examples of applications of IKO's NT Range:

  • Semiconductor manufacturing equipment
  • Medical devices and equipment
  • Precision machining and fabrication
  • Laser processing systems
  • Metrology and inspection equipment

If you're looking for a high-performance linear motion solution, IKO's NT range is definitely worth considering. Our products offer a combination of precision, reliability, and versatility, perfectly suited to demanding applications.
