How do I stop living in fear?

Nothing can limit our life as fear. Fear can be a tough opponent. Most people don’t know how to deal with fears, but if we don’t learn how to overcome our fear, we will be prisoners of that fear.

What is fear?

Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm.

How do I stop living in fear?

FEAR- You need to understand your fear. Fear is subjective, the same situation for two different persons can be scary or normal. Fear is just in your mind. Something makes you vulnerable in front of some situation, and that something is the cause of your fear. You need to find it. Just when you identify the cause of your fear, you can successfully stop living in fear.

FEAR AND A PERSON-Every fear is specific. We need to find in every case what causing that fear. When you the cause of your fear you can start a journey to liberate yourself from it. Fear can be persistent and resistant, don’t give up. There is not an easy way to overcome fear, you need to face it because that is the only way that will help you to get rid of fear.

FACE YOUR FEAR- Avoiding fear is not a good option, the best way to deal with fear is to face it. Most people don’t like to face fear, but that is the only direct way that will give you good results. Every escape from fear will make your fear bigger. After every escape from fear, you will feel more vulnerable. Don’t betray yourself, face your fears. When you feel the most intense fear, it is the end of fear, just wait, and you will feel a huge relief. After overcoming your fear you will become more courageous, confidence and your self-esteem will be increased. This is the recipe to overcome fear.

UNCERTAINTY- We live in a complex and complicated world, that creates uncertainty, and uncertainty is a good terrain for fear. The world is not what you want it to be, it is what it is. Accept the world as it is, don’t be afraid of uncertainty and the unknown, and learn how to adapt to it. The same rules are for all of us, don’t be spoiled, and do your best. If you feel worried, doubt, or fear, don’t tolerate them, face them, and don’t give those opportunities to grow bigger. Fear is a threat without execution, challenge it, face it, and liberate yourself from it.

PERSONALITY IMMUNE TO FEAR- If you want to become immune to something, you can’t escape from it, you need to face it. Fear is unpleasant but more unpleasant is to be imprisoned by fear. If you want to be courageous, you need to face fear. By spending more time in frightening situations you will become immune to that fear.
