At the point of writing this, I am just finishing our latest course on How to Turn Your Annual Income into a Monthly Income.

It's a journey for me that has a couple of pivotal moments, which when I reflect were back absolutely amazing although being honest I never recognized them at the time, I was too embroiled in the pain.

It is Steve Jobs who famously said this 'You can't connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect the dots looking forward'.

For years I had resisted the elements of wisdom in this quote, but in recent years I have grown to see what he was getting at.

The point raised earlier it is only in the last 10 -15 years that I have fully appreciated my life's journey, it has equipped me to be able to significantly help others and while I would never be an exponent of looking back too much there is value there.

One such moment was when I was working for a start-up life sciences company, they were experiencing significant difficulties in a product they were trying to launch, part of the process was broken, but I managed to solve the issue, resulting in saving the company hundreds of thousands of pounds. I received no recognition or financial gain, either or may have provided a better experience of the whole situation.

What was the lesson? At the time I thought it was we needed to change the world and the way it works, get companies to change pay people properly for their contributions. In my opinion (other opinions available), that was not going to work if I wanted to help thousands of people to be remunerated both financially and socially for their contribution to the world, I needed to do something different.

Like countless thousands before and after me, it became part of my journey to help others achieve financial independence and to be able to turn their annual income into a monthly income, although at the time I did not realize that was what I was going to do as part of my life purpose.

In our coaching business, we endeavor to help people become financially independent whilst having a social consciousness and recognize that with great wealth comes great responsibility.

My biggest challenge is that most seem to be trapped in a one-method system to run our lives, greatness, talent, and genius are frequently frowned upon, and most are pushed down a route driven and shaped by money.

My experience growing up was I was great at acting, a wanted to pursue a career in that field, however, the matra growing up of you can do whatever you want as long as you are happy, was soon shot down with how will you earn money being an actor? You need to get a proper job.

So, for the next few years, I obliged by squeezing myself into a square hole despite being a round peg.

It led to a varied career path, that looking back gave me some phenomenal experiences and shaped me to such a point that I simply love coaching people and seeing their lives transformed.

You may ask why the, turn your annual income into a monthly income as the vehicle.

Well firstly we help people get free in a multitude of ways including health and relationships, but money is one of the main drivers that prevents people from experiencing the freedom they so desire.

The 'system' makes a mystery of money and it's working, my background in finance has given me insight that helps people get free, because in honesty making money is very straight forward but most in the system doing well at school, go to university, get an apprenticeship, find a partner, have the 2.4 children, does not free most into a life of financial freedom in fact for most it entraps them into a life of imprisonment.

I love seeing people's faces when they crack it, you can tangibly see the burden lift from their shoulders, and it is immensely rewarding.
