Happiness is a state of mind you visit.
The Pyramid diagram I drew was Inspired by Joel Bauer, the success speaker workshop I have attended online.

Happiness is a state of mind you visit.

What’s the one common goal everyone hopes to achieve during a lifetime? Happiness ?This is a tricky situation because happiness isn’t just one state of being, or material gain, it’s a mentality in other words a state of mind. It’s the ability to take what life has given you and to personalize it in a way that benefits you. If you work at happiness, you will find something that satisfies you temporarily. Honestly, happiness is simply living a meaningful life momentarily but over and over again. Once you achieve a “goal,” then what? You have it and it's over. Relish in this accomplishment, but it will mostly likely be short-lived. But one thing that is inevitable is ''Problems''. Yes you heard it right! There is no perfect life or happily ever after but there is Happiness, which is a state of mind that you visit every now and then. Every human being face problems whether its finances, relationships, physically, mentally or yes even the COVID-19 which is taking a troll on our lives directly and indirectly. Maybe some people are not to heavily burdened with their problems and the others are not so that fortunate but the one thing that is certain is each and every one of us will face problems in our lifetime no matter how small or big the size of the problem is. And these problems are one of things that just makes us all living human beings in today's world.

“I do not fix problems. I fix my thinking. Then problems fix themselves.” - Louise Hay

The pyramid above explains, how we humans can actually reach a state of happiness. Looking at the pyramid - 'Identify a problem, find a solution, overcome the problem with applied solution, feel a sense of achievement, gain self esteem (In order to have self-esteem, it's important to understand what self-esteem really is. Firstly, esteem means having admiration and respect.)

So in this case gaining high self esteem to oneself means having admiration and respect because you solved your problem. In other words, it's about what you see (and say to yourself) when looking at your physical self, skills, accomplishments (including solving your problems) or future potential. The golden question now :

Does self-esteem make you happy?

According to the American Psychological Association, having high self-esteem is key to positive mental health and well-being. High self-esteem matters because it helps you develop coping skills, handle adversity, and put the negative into perspective. You then naturally feel happy and the cycle goes back again. There is no guide, no rules, no manual that will teach you how to live a “happy” life. There is advice, however, that can teach you how to approach certain situations to gain the best result.
