Steve's recent role as Chief Financial Officer at Blended Health in Dallas, Texas, highlights his expertise in financial restructuring and strategic leadership. He managed a cross-functional team, completed the carve-out and divestiture of a business unit, restructured the revenue cycle management team, and led corporate restructuring efforts that eliminated $10M in excess costs.

At HealthTrackRx in Denton, Texas, Steve oversaw the business services team and restructured the RCM team, generating significant cash collections during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also built and restructured the finance team, managed multiple audits, and improved the capital structure by retiring all debt and securing a $25M credit facility.

During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Solis Mammography in Dallas, Texas, Steve created new joint ventures, opened new locations, and ensured the company’s financial stability through the pandemic. His efforts in billing operations and fiscal management restored the company's financial integrity.

Earlier in his career, Steve held executive roles at Abeo, Inc., T-System, Inc., and American CareSource Holdings, Inc., where he led financial operations, managed large teams, and drove significant growth and profitability. At Data Return, LLC., he successfully led the company through a strategic carve-out and subsequent sale, achieving a 400% return on investment.

Steve holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois and a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner.
