Gaining the cutting edge with Nukon fibre lasers

At Ingenium Integration, we are delighted to have joined forces with one of Europe’s most progressive Laser equipment producers in Nukon.

Based in Bursa, Turkey, Nukon have been a pioneer of fibre laser technology since it was established in 2010.

Their journey began in 1959 when Ömer Körüstan established a sheet metal cutting company.

The Nuri Körüstan Machine and Metal company established in 2003, before the first laser cutting machine followed in 2008.

They now boast a 20,000m2 production area, which is soon to be replaced by a new £15m factory, from where they export their machines to 35 different countries.

We are delighted to be able to bring their high-quality products to the UK and Ireland.

There is a large range of reliability-reknowned machinery that our partnership offers, from 2D lasers and 3D lasers, to tube cutting lasers and loading automation.

The 2D machinery offers solutions from simple, repetitive tasks to complex laser cutting requirements that demand high power and high performance.

Nukon’s X5 5-axis 3D fibre laser cutting machines are suited to the most challenging of applications, and are ideal for clipping and finishing complex pressings, precision-cutting tubes, pipes and profiles in a wide range of materials.

Nukon’s precise, reliable, highly versatile fibre laser tube cutting machines are renowned across a wide range of industries.

You are given the opportunity to choose from pipe and profile cutting models, or the exceptional Vento Flex – a top-spec linear motor, fibre laser machine, equipped to cut tubes, pipes, profiles and flat metal sheet.

Utilising leading edge technologies, including nLight Fibre Lasers, with adaptive beam optimisation, Lantek Expert software and the most advanced nesting software in the industry, Nukon’s options are all of the highest quality, but at a surprisingly attainable price.

As well as this, we also work with our sister company Unison Ltd to design and create all kinds of tube bending applications.
