Find Balance as a Coach: The Key to Unlocking True Prosperity and Happiness!

Find Balance as a Coach: The Key to Unlocking True Prosperity and Happiness!

Is your coaching business taking time away from family and friends?

Do you work so much, you have no room for any creative outlets and life is pretty much slipping by?

Maybe you work a full-time job and run your business on the side…

Or, maybe you work in your business full time from sun up to sun down — and still, you’re not making a lot of progress.

Regardless of your situation, if you’re not careful, something that you love (like your coaching business) will take over your life … while the other things you also love, take a backseat.

I have news for you.

This may sting a bit.

In reality, we usually aren’t as busy as we think we are. Many of us just spend time and resources on the wrong activities. Sure they seem very important. But when it comes down to it, they’re usually a huge waste of time. And that’s true for most things when building your business.

Now here’s something else that might sting a bit.

Many of us secretly want to feel busy. Why?

Because either:

It makes us feel important.

Or, because we’re afraid to do the real work that actually works (I’ll leave this for another day.)

Whatever it may be, just know you don’t have to be a slave to your business. And you certainly don’t have to be a slave to your fears.

I run a multimillion dollar coaching business and I have plenty of free time.

This didn’t happen “after” the money. This happened well before it because I started to put 2 key principles in place very early in my coaching career.

Doing these things suddenly opened me up to a lot more prosperity, happiness, and possibilities.

I guarantee — what I did, you can do just as easily.

Trust me — money, impact, and purpose magnify when you use these 2 principles.

Ready to dive into them? Let's explore how you can apply them in your own life!

Principle #1 - Oversimplify Your Life:

  • Identify priorities: Getting clear on what is most important in your life and focusing on that, instead of over committing to things that do not serve your purpose. For example, pick two activities to enjoy with your kids, instead of five.
  • Be selfish: Accepting that being a little selfish in doing things for yourself or your kids can be good. It can help you prioritize your life and make choices that align with your goals and purpose.
  • Simplify obligations: Saying no to obligations that do not align with your goals or purpose. Instead of living life out of obligation or guilt, make choices that bring inspiration and purpose. For instance, start to spend time with friends who bring joy and happiness instead of staying long hours working.
  • Systematize: Create mechanisms that simplify your life. If you lose your keys, hang them with your wallet. Instant relief from daily searching!
  • Extreme oversimplification: Focusing on a few key goal-related tasks each day. Try prioritizing three tasks every day.

By oversimplifying your life, you can live a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Plus, it will reduce stress and help you to focus on what truly matters.

Start by identifying your priorities and then taking steps to simplify your life one day at a time!

Principle #2 - Upgrade Your Sources of Energy

Find energy beyond adrenaline and pressure.

Find new sources of creativity, possibilities, and enjoyment that can truly fuel your energy.

  • Switch caffeine for friends, your family, and active people that help you recharge and unwind.
  • Set aside time every day to work on a project and get ideas from it instead of putting things off.
  • Surround yourself with positive people to inspire and uplift you.
  • When you finish a task or project, give yourself money as a reward. This will encourage you to work smarter, not harder.
  • You will have more energy and be more productive throughout the day if you work out, meditate, or take time to just hang out with friends and family.

Remember, it's possible to run a successful coaching business while still having plenty of free time by implementing the key principles above.

By identifying priorities, simplifying obligations, and focusing on key goal-related tasks, you can live a more fulfilling and purposeful life while reducing stress.

Try these steps and go from ‘always busy’, to ‘forever successful’!

With all the love in my heart,

Christian
