This article is an example of how Entrepreneurs focus on $10,000+ per hour activities. Entrepreneurship is about discovering what you are good at and using it as your competitive advantage to make money. They know certain activities make them more money than other things. Not only that, Entrepreneurs understand how to increase their ROI (return on investment) skillfully.

Let's be frank; entrepreneurship is not easy. Entrepreneurs face many challenges, but the rewards are well worth it. The Entrepreneur's journey is an exciting one with many twists and turns. At times it can be challenging to stay motivated or focused on tasks that will lead to success. However, take the time to focus your attention on $10,000+ per hour activities (those that generate highly profitable business outcomes). You will find yourself much closer to achieving your goals.

Those $10, $100, and $1000 per hour activities discussed in parts 1-3 of this article series often come easy to the Entrepreneur. The Entrepreneur will find themselves suddenly performing those activities out of rote. Those types of activities are usually easy and familiar to the Entrepreneur.

Disciplined Entrepreneurs avoid falling into performing activities that do not lead to maximum profits. They also avoid taking on more actions than they can handle. It is simple; entrepreneurs must focus on activities that lead to maximum profits, not simply those that are easy or comfortable.

Here are three examples of how entrepreneurs earn $10,000+ per hour by focusing on meaningful and profitable activities. They are also experts at leveraging the time and talent of their team.

1. Leveraging Personal Talents

This first example is about entrepreneurs focused on achieving $100 million or more per year business outcomes. They rely heavily on their talents, skills, and time to achieve such a goal. Entrepreneurs in this category spend less than one hour per day directly managing employees. Their focus is on leveraging their talents but doing so is very tricky and challenging.

2. Leveraging The Talents Of Others

The second example is about entrepreneurs who spend more than one hour per day managing people. But have a focus that's similar to those in the first example. They're also focusing on $100 million or more per year business outcomes, but they do so by leveraging the talents of people who work for them.

3. Hire Talented People

In this final example, entrepreneurs spend more than four hours per day on activities that directly generate revenue. Entrepreneurs in this category hire talented people to run their businesses while focusing on activities that grow a profitable business.

In reality, many entrepreneurs operate in a combination of these examples. There's no single correct answer about where to focus your time or how much you should spend on each category. It depends on the type of business that the Entrepreneur has chosen to start and their drive.

Entrepreneurship requires hard work, creativity, and persistence to be successful. Countless others had tried before you and failed, so don't expect success immediately, even if you feel passionate about your business idea. Entrepreneurs must find balance through good planning, self-discipline, and focus every day to achieve great results. All while staying energized for family and personal life away from their business endeavors.

Examples of $10,000+ per hour activities

  • Developing a USP (Unique Selling Proposition) that differentiates their business from others
  • Becoming a sought after public speaker will identify the Entrepreneur as an authority, not to mention significant demand to speak, and higher paydays
  • Building a highly talented team to delegate running the business, such as hiring a CEO
  • Focusing on innovation because that is who entrepreneurs are at their core
  • Outsourcing to various specialists who can turn around high-quality products and services
  • Hiring a coach, consultant, or having a mentor who has mastered where you are going
  • Being the closure on highly profitable deals

In Conclusion

As mentioned above, and it is worth mentioning again, Entrepreneurship takes a lot of hard work and focus. Entrepreneurs must create balance by planning, staying disciplined, and putting in hard work every day to achieve great results while staying energized for family and personal life away from their business endeavors.

There is a need for creativity and persistence when starting a new venture. Why? Because many others had tried before but failed. The most successful Entrepreneurs leverage the talents of those they've assembled around them. They must also rapidly adapt when needed because the world of business changes every day. There will always be unexpected challenges.

Successful Entrepreneurs are creative problem solvers, but only because they learned how to be proactive regarding risks and unknowns. Entrepreneurs tend not to get caught up in the minutia of mundane everyday tasks. They focus on what makes money while providing value to society instead of just trying things out without a purpose.
