The dance between desires and conflicts..

The dance between desires and conflicts..

You say you want love, yet you’re scared of being hurt,

You yearn to belong, yet yourself, you desert

You wish to trust deeply, but fear shadows your mind,

You crave acceptance, yet to yourself you’re unkind.

You seek connection, but push others away,

You desire freedom, yet in your comfort zone stay

You dream of growing your business, yet you’re afraid of being seen

You want to shine brightly, yet hide behind the screen.

In this dance of desires, conflicts arise,

To heal and align, let your true self be wise.

Embrace the fears, let your heart be clear,

Only then will your path to peace appear.

This is called being HUMAN.

The dance between the shadows and the light.

There will always be an edge to meet.

Every level a new devil

So stop judging yourself..

Let go of the expectations you have on yourself

Stop beating yourself up and wishing you were further along

Get off the hamster wheel of “healing”.

Start taking ACTION…

And in that action, you will come up against ALL your edges, and when you can get really good at recognising them and have the courage to lean in to them with LOVE and COMPASSION, you will transmute and transcend them.

And from there, you take a different course of action (not be held hostage by them), create NEW patterns of thinking, feeling, being and doing, now that’s healing, that’s transformation.

Too many women either get stuck in their vision and don’t take action, or stuck on the hamster wheel of healing.

It’s a continual journey of

BEING and DOING

INNER, OUTER

Start embracing the journey.

If you're ready to reclaim your truth, and start living as your best self, I'd love to invite you to join our 12 week program BecomeHER- for women who are ready to step into the next level of life and business.
