Celebrate Life !!! Looking back, I am grateful for the past 25 years filled with wonderful memories and uncountable learnings.

Started as a Lecturer in an Engineering College in Odisha (6 months @ INR1600 per month) before moving to Mumbai to join Kores India Limited, Computer Systems Division (CSD) as a Maintenance Engineer - my entry point into Corporate career. Since then, it has been an exciting journey, mix of all excitement, joy, pride, satisfaction and never got into anger or frustration (touchwood) or never got into workplace conflict.

Relocated to few cities like from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Bengaluru before moving to United States. Rejoined two Organizations (2nd stint in one and 2nd & 3rd stint in another one). Truly blessed and have been maintaining the best relationships with all my previous Managers, HoDs and CEOs. Pleased to get the below recommendation from the CEO of my 1st Organization. Thank you Shri G S S Dutt Sir.

Though I moved from one Organization to another but never joined any competitor(s) of my previous employers (It just happened and never planned for this). Though I moved on for my better prospects but never complained about my previous employers. I always choose to be Happy at work place.

Many people - family, friends, colleagues, managers, mentors, external partners etc. have added a lot of value to my professional and personal life throughout these years and am still counting on them. Well, I have been passionate about doing all the different stuff that I have done throughout these years, have learnt plenty of new stuff and I always have had FUN at work.

I strongly believe in – "Be Good, Do Good" and the 3rd Good will land on your feet.

Be PASSIONATE about what you do. Feel PROUD of yourself, Don’t complain, complaining never makes anything better. Unlearn and LEARN. Have FUN always.

Most important : There is always a reason to SMILE :), you just have to find it :).

Life should not be only lived, it should be celebrated !!!
