About the Licensed Users/ Accreditation Program

• Eight hours self-managed program builds a foundation for the knowledge, skills and expertise necessary to become accredited to use the global leading 4C’s mental toughness framework and the associated MTQ Plus psychometric measure.
• The program covers essential modules such as Defining Mental Toughness, Introduction to the 4 Cs (Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence), Psychometric Measures, Applications of Mental Toughness, and more.
• Then in the one-day group session on Wednesday November 22nd hosted by a Master Mental Toughness Practitioner and attended by other prospective practitioners you'll delve into the history behind the framework, benefit from evidence-based research and case studies, explore a wide range of applications, from education to the workplace, social settings, health, and more, and gain practical knowledge to implement in your field.
