Clearly the cyber attack on our government is already well underway and each time it seems to get much worse.  Why should it stop?  Should we think each well publicized successful and large hack will only encourage many more future attacks?

And now, as of today, what has been done by the administration to fix this gigantic problem?  Or as Winston Churchill once put it, this  "gathering storm"?
