Adorable â How?
Do you want to be naïve? Or filled with worries, anxiety, or hopelessness? No right. No one wants. We should neither be like that. This is not the true purpose of a being. The true purpose is to be more, be a ray of hope and light, filled with strength, courage, counting blessings, and doing things for yourself and for everyone else around you. These are some of the ways how you can be adorable. Being adorable doesnât mean that you can't say NO. But it means that you know how to say a NO! You donât tear people but lift them up. Be adorable.
 Kind â How?
Met anyone who always finds faults? Know anyone who criticizes everyone around you? Know anyone how creates a sense of fear, hopelessness, and darkness? Know anyone who plays favoritism at work? Know anyone who tears people apart and makes them feel bad about themselves?
Do you like them?? Do you like being around them?? NO right? Do you know why? Because this is not a true purpose of a being. Being smart and being kind is a very essential element. Being a good listener and understanding people is very important. Even if you are not, it's worth practicing.
Great people do things from their heart and follow their heart. A heart without kindness is incomplete. Kindness is the foundation for any good character. Be kind towards people. I have been working in the healthcare /disability sector for a couple of years and from my own personal experience, I can say that there are some disabilities that can be seen for example Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Prader-Willi Syndrome, etc but there are a few disabilities which are not seen for example anxiety, grief, depression, other mental illness, etc. So choose kindness. Be smart and choose to be kind. Act better!
Thoughtful â How?
Met any unreasonable people and wondered why this person is like this? Know anyone who acts weird? Do you like them? No right? No one does. No one deliberately chooses to behave like that, sometimes they do it because of their mental health, some do it because of their past experience, some do it because this is what they know!
Being thoughtful is very important for anyoneâs success in their personal and professional life. Show your thoughtfulness by your acts and action. Choose your words wisely use them in a way that empowers others and your own self. Meditate, it is a very useful technique to practice mindfulness.
We are not perfect by any means. I believe it is a learning process and the sooner we learn the better we become.
Practice is the master of all skills! Practice it every day. All that I have become and becoming, I have always trained myself, practiced it, doing it again and again and all over again. This process is beautiful and empowering. Let's be better, act better, talk better and think better so that the world can look at us with hope and possibilities and we can drive some really good & positive change on this planet.Â
