Day 0/ arrival day

You will be met by our tour guides at the airport and transferred to the hotel; we are happy to recommend hotels in the area and/or make your hotel bookings for you. At this day before your safari, you will receive briefing information from our tour guides concerning safari and game drive and other information about your safari

Day 1

Tarangire national park:

We will pick you up after a very early breakfast and our experienced driver/guide will transfer you to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire national park has the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem. There are large herds of elephants, lions, wildebeest, zebras, buffalos, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests, waterbucks, elands, and a variety of birds.

Day 2

Serengeti national park:

We will drive to the Serengeti National Park after an early breakfast. Serengeti - the oldest and most popular national park - is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and considered among the 7 natural wonders of Africa. You will see a plentiful group of animals and birds, including the Big 5. Box lunch is provided. Dinner and overnight, either at a campsite or a lodge, depending on your preference

Day 3

Serengeti national park:

We will have a morning and evening game drive. You can also take advantage of other experiences such as a hot air balloon safari (an added expense).

Day 4

Ngorongoro Conservation Area:

After breakfast we will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and visit Oldupai/Olduvai Gorge. Ngorongoro is a UNESCO World Heritage Site; it is the largest unbroken caldera in the world and home to over 25,000 large animals, including black rhinoceros. It also has the densest known population of lions. Remains of the earliest humans were found at Oldupai/Olduvai Gorge and it is one of the most famous archeological sites in East Africa

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater:

After a light breakfast we will do a morning game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. A hot lunch is served before leaving the Ngorongoro Conservation area.

Day 6

Lake Natron / Lake Eyasi:

After an early breakfast we will drive to either Lake Natron or Lake Eyasi. Both options offer unique, remote landscapes with opportunities for exposure to rich cultural traditions. Box lunch provided and dinner and overnight, either at a campsite or a lodge, depending on your preference.

Day 7

Lake Natron / Lake Eyasi:

Early morning adventure before having a hot lunch and the return to either Arusha or Moshi.
