A 37x Better Life? My Verdict So Far.
After 31 days... Do I feel '36% better'?
This is my end-January, year-to-date review of the last 30 days on the journey of daily, continuous improvement.
ð For 31 Days Straight â since the start of this year â I embarked on my goal of getting â1% Betterâ every day.
ð I wanted to see â if it was indeed possible â to create a 37x Better Life by the end of the year⦠by compounding daily improvement.
Verdict after one month?
â³ Iâm not sure I feel 36% better today, than I did at the start of the year. I'm not sure I can say my life is 36% better.
But I always knew that. I know itâs almost impossible to quantify (for now) â any improvement to life in general. The â1%â concept was meant to focus on small, but meaningful gains⦠rather than an attempt to quantify every single effort.

â³ Also, Life happens. Which is code for â there will be frustrations and disappointments along the journey. And even if I know that Iâve grown, improved my self / thinking / health / habits / relationships etc⦠it may not feel betterâ¦
â³ But itâs actually better. I know that Iâve improved myself daily for the past 31 days. And itâs an incredible feeling. Itâs a feeling that goes deeper than even the surface-level emotions (frustrations and disappointments etc⦠as intense as they may seem).
Tonight â I will review all my actions⦠all the plans, lists, tools that Iâve created, to sustain new habits, new thinking, new programs, and more.
And if youâre new to this Newsletter, youâll see my journey over the last 30 days â listed belowâ¦
Thank you for joining me on my journey. Tomorrow, I start a new month, and I'm excited.
