I help ambitious business women live richer lives || Coach, Facilitator & Speaker specialising in the intersection of femininity and success || Founder of The Deeply Satisfied Woman
Last night I had the pleasure of hosting the second call in my Embodied Feminine Leader Series for a group of ambitious women! I shared a process last night that helps women grow their authentic confidence and success WHILE rolling with lifeâs cycles and ups and downs, and the feedback from the women on the call was so positive I want to share a little snippet here today.. Check out the model below, The Ambitious Womenâs Growth Cycle. This âwheelâ is always turning in your life, simultaneously in small moment-by-moment ways, and larger more seismic ways. As a driven woman in a capitalist world, itâs easy to get super focused in the âexternal worldâ - your creations of success, your goals, your strategy and intellect, your results etc. But there are times when life pulls your attention âinâ. When youâre asked to descend out of connection with the outer world and into deeper connection with yourself. This is natural - as simple as the night arriving at the end of the day and your circadian rhythm telling you itâs time to rest - yet where many women get tripped up is in resisting the invitations to descend in their lives. Wanting to stay in the outer world of productivity, action and results and fighting the signs that want to invite them deeper. Over time, perpetual resistance of this cycle WILL result in anxiety, chronic depletion, hormonal imbalances, and burnout. But the good news is that the better you get at recognising the need to descend into your inner realms and care for yourself, the more graceful and efficient this cycle becomes. Comment below and let me know what stands out to you about this model, and perhaps what itâs shown you about your own life. ðð¼ #success #growth #personaldevelopment #womenleadership #womeninbusiness #professionalwomen #wellbeing #mentalhealth #bestadvice

Empowering Leaders & Entrepreneurs to Build Resilience, Adaptability & Strategic Success | Keynote Speaker | Best-Selling Author | Executive Coach Driving Tangible Results
In the journey of life, we often find ourselves juggling numerous tasks, each clamoring for our attention. Yet, amidst the hustle, it's crucial to anchor ourselves in clarity and purpose. Here's a gentle reminder, especially for all the incredible women out there: 1. **Write Out Your Tasks**: Begin by pouring your thoughts and tasks onto paper. This simple act transforms the intangible into something tangible, allowing you to see the landscape of your responsibilities clearly. Remember, there's power in penning down your thoughts; it's the first step in organizing the chaos. 2. **Set a Priority**: With your tasks laid out before you, identify which ones are the lighthouses guiding you to your goals. Ask yourself, "Whatâs the one task that, if accomplished, would make everything else easier or unnecessary?" Prioritize it. This is about recognizing the value of your energy and dedicating it to where it will make the most significant impact. 3. **Reassess as Necessary**: Life is not static, and neither should your task list be. Regularly reassess your priorities. What was urgent yesterday may not hold the same weight today. Allow yourself the flexibility to shift focus as your journey evolves. This isn't about being perfect; it's about being adaptive and resilient. By writing out your tasks, setting priorities, and being open to reassessment, you're not just managing your time; you're also empowering yourself to lead a life defined by purpose and passion. Remember, the essence of empowerment lies in taking control of your journey, one task at a time. Share your experiences, your struggles, and your victories. Together, we are unstoppable. ðª #Empowerment #WomenLeaders #nextstepforward #PrioritizeAndServe

Helping Women in Telecoms Get Promoted and Become Stand out Leaders, Whilst Staying True to Themselves | Trailblazer 5 Places Jan| DEI Report & Plan | Equity Workshop | 000's global client | English Channel Swimmer ð§âï¸
8 ððð²ð¬ ðð¨ð¦ðð§ ðððððð«ð¬ ðð«ð ððððð ððð¥ð¤ðð ðð¨ð°ð§ ðð¨ð¨ .. "ððð§ ð²ð¨ð® ððð¤ð ðð¡ð ð§ð¨ððð¬?" Comments that my clients still hear today. Even with being leaders. With considerable responsibility. Large teams. Huge targets. A seat on the board. Yet women are still asked/told: "Can you grab me a coffee?" "Can you book the next meeting in?" "Aren't you off having babies soon anyway." "Are you on your period? You're very emotional today." "You're so great at organising can you plan our away day?" "Do you mind taking the actions and sharing them afterwards?" "Are you sorting out the birthday/wedding present/baby shower?" "Do you mind having that conversation with x, it's too emotional for me." Hard to believe this is still happening, day in and day out. The 1970s called and want their attitude back! ð± What else have you heard? To be clear this is not anti-men, this is not all men and not all women. I'm just highlighting the exhausting Micro-agressions women face each and every day. To the women leaders facing into these mirco-aggressions. ð¥ðð¨ð® ð°ð¢ð¥ð¥ ððððð ð©ð¥ððð¬ð ðð¯ðð«ð²ð¨ð§ð ð¬ð¨ ð¬ðð¨ð© ðð«ð²ð¢ð§ð . ð¥ðð¨ð® ð°ið¥ð¥ ððððð ð¦ððð ðð¥ð¥ ð¨ð ð¬ð¨ðð¢ððð¢ðð¬ ðð±ð©ðððððð¢ð¨ð§ð¬. ð¥ðð¨ð® ð°ð¢ð¥ð¥ ððððð ð¬ð®ððððð ðð«ð²ð¢ð§ð ðð¨ ðð ð¥ð¢ð¤ð ðð¯ðð«ð²ð¨ð§ð ðð¥ð¬ð. You weren't born to be like anyone else. You're not a clone. Or a mini me. Or the other half. You are your brilliant, stand out self. Becoming a standout leader, means leaning into who you are. Maximise your strengths, enhance your natural abilities and let go of what's not important. P.S. Did you know that Women leaders face twice as many micro-agressions as Men in the workplace? P.P.S. Money & Self Worth Coach|| Transformational Speaker || Empowering Leaders to Financial & Emotional Abundance
ð To the women who wear many hats and rarely take them offâ¦Â ð If youâre constantly âonââjuggling roles, meeting high expectations, and pushing yourself to achieve, hereâs something you need to hear today. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do isnât to do more, but to pause. Hereâs the hidden truth: Overachievement can sometimes be a mask for deeper fears. We may fear feeling ânot enough,â worry about disappointing others, or be driven by an inner need to prove ourselves. But all this âdoingâ comes at a cost: burnout, stress, and, ironically, missed opportunities for genuine connection and joy. So, a quick check-in: ð Are you truly thriving? Or just barely staying afloat? ð Are you achieving from a place of purpose? Or from a place of proving? The power move? Give yourself permission to pause. ⨠Because itâs in that pause that you reconnect with your real âwhy.â Itâs in that space where clarity, creativity, and true alignment come through. Letâs challenge the narrative that success is only about doing more. True success is about doing what matters and giving yourself space to recalibrate along the way. Helping women leaders and entrepreneurs learn to tap into their unlimited potential for unprecedented success & global impact | Founder of The School of Becoming ⢠| âHow of Withinâ podcast | Best-selling Author
I was sitting on a panel of powerhouse leaders at a women's event. The moderator asked the final question, requesting that all 7 of us answer. Thank the universe I spoke last because my answer pierced through and you could hear a pin drop. The moderator asked, "What's your definition of success?" One by one, beautiful answers from my peers - "Success is buying the home of my dreams." "Success is getting my seat in the C-Suite" "Success is having influence" Then my turn: "Success is how many hours of the day I spend feeling how I want to feel." The moderator said, I'm sorry, what? OUTLOUD ðð¼ I said it again and went on to explain that everything we desire is actually about the feeling we think we'll get once we have that thing. It's the conditional happiness model (We teach conditional happiness inside Mind Magic) The truth is that when will elevate out of 3D consciousness, we realize that it's the inside that creates the outside, not the reverse. We get to focus on the feeling, the feeling comes first, and the feeling comes from you. Regardless of what is or isn't happening in the external world ð Needless to say there were a couple dozen attendees waiting for me to get off the stage to continue the incredible conversation. Queen, prioritizing how you feel isn't fluffy, isn't something you do once you do everything else. It is the priority. It is the way to generate outrageous success, on all levels, and feel fucking amazing along the way. It feels so good to feel so good. ð #success #selfdiscovery #transformation

Action comes in many forms. Explore the power of inner work As professional women, we're accustomed to springing into action at the first sign of challenge or opportunity. But what if I told you that action isn't always about physical movement? Before you rush into taking immediate physical action, consider this: inner work is a form of action too. In the fast-paced world we live in, we often overlook the transformative power of reflection, introspection, and self-awareness. Yet, these moments of quiet contemplation are where true growth begins. So, next time you're faced with a decision or a challenge, before you jump into taking physical action, what if you invested in doing inner work? Take a moment to pause, reflect, and tune into your inner wisdom. You might be surprised by the clarity and insight it brings. Remember, action isn't always about doing; sometimes, it's about being, reflecting, and nurturing your inner self. Prioritise your inner work, and watch as it transforms your approach to life and work. #UnlockYourPotential #ImposterSyndrome #Fulfillment #AmbitiousWomen #SelfWorth #ConfidentCatalyst #Empowerment #EmpoweredWomen #CareerEmpowerment #Careersuccess #ProfessionalEmpowerment #Workplace #LeadershipDevelopment #Confidence #ConfidentWomen #Success #LifeCoach #LeadershipCoach #ConfidenceCoach #CareerCoach

ð Hey there, ambitious women in business and female leaders! Let's unlock your full potential together! Are you feeling the weight of balancing work and life? Between your career, family, and personal life, it seems like there's hardly any time left for yourself. Do you ever find yourself silently battling stress in the shower, hiding in the backyard away from the family so you can get some peace & quiet to think clearly, or venting frustrations in the car? It's tough to carve out a moment for self-care or just some peace and quiet. But why do you feel so overwhelmed? Why does it seem like your whole identity is tied to your work and responsibilities? It's because you're stuck in the cycle of busyness, constantly proving yourself in every aspect of life. You're always striving to prove your worth and competence. Your busyness contains but not limited to the following: ð Proving that you can do it all ð Proving that you are enough ð Proving that you are worthy ð¥ But be careful: This path can lead to burnout if you're not careful. I've been there, and I know how challenging it can be. But I've also come out stronger on the other side. Now, I embrace every opportunity and live life to the fullest. ð« You've come to an empowering realisation: you don't need to prove yourself to anyone. You are inherently worthy and capable just as you are. Consider this: while a vacation is a fantastic way to recharge, it won't provide you with the essential tools to break free from the overwhelming cycle of busyness.  This is where I come in to help you. ðª Are you ready to take the first step toward a more balanced, fulfilling life? ð«â¨ The Art of Saying No â¨ð« In a recent live session, we dove deep into the art of saying no â a crucial skill for high-achieving women navigating the demands of hustle culture. ðªð½ Too often, we find ourselves overwhelmed, saying yes to everything in an attempt to prove ourselves or because of power dynamics at work. This relentless pursuit of excellence can lead to burnout, diminishing the very success we strive to achieve. It's time to reclaim our power by setting boundaries and confidently saying no. Not every opportunity is a good fit, and not every request deserves a yes. By prioritizing our well-being, we not only prevent burnout but also enhance our productivity and joy. Check out this clip from the live session to learn practical strategies for saying no without guilt or fear. Let's empower ourselves to create a balanced, fulfilling life where our worth isn't measured by how much we take on. ð #SayNo #Boundaries #HighAchievingWomen #PreventBurnout #HustleCulture #SelfCare #Leadership

As influential women navigating our careers and personal lives, it's essential to reflect on the language we use, especially when describing our challenges. Often, we casually throw around terms like âhard,â âimpossible,â and âunlikely.â But have you ever stopped to consider what these words really mean? Letâs take the example of reducing sugar intake. Is it truly hard? Or is it just uncomfortable because it requires changing habits that weâve grown accustomed to? When we frame it against the consequences of high sugar consumptionâlike diabetesâit puts things into perspective. Suddenly, that discomfort of saying no to dessert doesnât seem so daunting compared to the potential health risks we face. This brings us to an important realisation: our minds interpret these words as instructions. When we label something as âhard,â we may be unintentionally limiting our potential. How often do you pause to evaluate the language you use and the impact it has on your mindset? Next time you find yourself saying something is hard, take a moment to reflect. Is it really hard, or could it simply be an excuse to cling to the comfort of the familiar? True growth often lies just outside our comfort zones, waiting for us to challenge our perceptions. Letâs empower ourselves and each other to embrace discomfort as a catalyst for change. By doing so, we can transform our challenges into opportunities for growth and success! ðªâ¨ #Empowerment #Mindset #Growth #WomenInLeadership #LanguageMatters #PersonalDevelopment
