Dennis Duquette and MassMutual are supporting important work that is making a real impact in communities. It's great to work with clients that share our values.
In the world of corporate philanthropy, we sometimes find ourselves so close to our work, it can escape us as to how we are perceived by key stakeholders⦠and yes, how we present ourselves to stakeholders matters. Do they know who we are? Do they understand our mission or what motivates our work? Are we accessible? Over the past several months and to those ends, the MassMutual Foundation has initiated a conscious effort to provide more transparency: being present in the community, articulating our priorities, telling our story, and examining how our grantmaking is adjudicated and funds allocated in the community. In this vein, today we released a short video that speaks to our priorities as a community partner and funder, and which features perspectives from a sampling of our wonderful partners. You can check it out here: https://lnkd.in/dUrpKiph Many thanks to our friends/partners/colleagues who offered their time to appear in this video: Dorothy Varon Jerry Corless Sohrab Kohli Thea James, MD, MPH, MBA Frank Robinson Ray Martinez Keith Fairey Jason Saul And special thanks to Jesse Dylan and his wonderful team at Wondros who helped us to craft our story and who produced our video.
