Problem : Primary and secondary education often suffers from outdated curricula, lack of resources, and insufficient teacher training, leading to disengaged students and poor academic outcomes. Solution : Schools can focus on child grooming by integrating real-life stories and practical examples. For instance, using stories of successful individuals who overcame challenges can inspire students. Incorporating project-based learning, such as building a small business or creating a community garden, makes learning interactive and relevant. Regular field trips and guest speakers from various professions can also provide practical insights, making education more engaging and effective. #EducationReform #ChildGrooming #EngagingLearning #Bharatselflearning #selflearning

ð Are you interested in FREE tutoring for your primary school? ð Our teacher trial focus looks at a six-lesson peer tutoring programme designed for Year 3 students, with Year 5 pupils acting as peer tutors. This intervention focuses on KS2 Multiplication and Division topics, including: ð¢ Multiples of 2, 5, and 10 ð¢ Multiples of 3 and 4 and the 8-times table ð¢ Short multiplication and division facts ð¢ Short division ð¢ Multiplying and dividing by 10 and 100 The trial provides all necessary resources, step-by-step guidance, and our trial wizard to analyse data and generate an impact report. ð The evaluation is a targeted intervention with individual randomization to allocate learners into control and intervention groups. The control group will receive the intervention post-assessment. ð Why Peer Tutoring? The Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) Teaching and Learning Toolkit highlights peer tutoring as a âhigh impact low cost intervention based on extensive evidence.â Research shows that peer tutoring can lead to approximately +5 months of progress for both primary and secondary pupils in literacy and numeracy, with lower-attaining pupils benefiting the most. This trial utilises fixed-role cross-ability tutoring, where an older learner tutors a younger tutee, providing targeted academic support. Join us in building an evidence base for the impact of peer tutoring and how this works in the context of your school. ð Learn more about the trial here: https://lnkd.in/edwBT8iH #PeerTutoring #Education #TeacherTrials #KS2 #Maths #schools #TeachingResources
