Dear Uber Support, I am writing to formally appeal the Reactivation of my Uber driver account, which was deactivated due to low ratings. I have been a dedicated Uber driver since 2019 and have successfully completed over 4000 deliveries during this time. I understand the importance of maintaining high ratings and have taken proactive steps to improve my performance. I have completed relevant training to enhance my customer service skills and ensure a positive experience for all customers and business partner's. It is important to note that many of the low ratings I received were not due to my performance but rather to harassment and mistreatment from certain establishments, including McDonald's, Hunan, Metro, and some customers. I have already explained these incidents in detail to Uber support I believe the low ratings are not a true reflection of my driving abilities or customer service. I have encountered numerous instances of harassment from both stores and customers, which have unfairly impacted my ratings. I have previously explained these incidents to Uber support and provided relevant details.

Hola!!!!! Saben a qué correo o línea efectiva de servicio al cliente en Uber Colombia me puede ayudar con una solicitud de pérdida de celular !? El conductor no me respondio por el celular ! Y al momento de llamarlo para que nos ayudara simplemente apagó el celular ; quizá ese conductor no sabe que un iPhone emite una señal de ubicación en modo perdida !!!! Uber Colombia no me da respuesta !!!!! Ya voy a cumplir 3 meses a la espera y solución ante el caso !!!

Uber Eats has the absolute worst customer service!!! I have wasted my entire night trying to get a refund for food I never received. I placed an order on June 24, 2024. When the order was delayed I reached out through the app. I could see the driver was never driving near me. I kept contacting the company through the app. 2 hours after I placed my order, I was promised a full refund. Fast forward to tonight, November 14, 2024. I placed an order on the Uber Eats app. I see I was charged twice for two different amounts. Upon looking, I realized the $89.02 charge was for the food I never received back in June! I have spent my entire night calling, emailing, chatting. Only to be hung up on, not receive calls back, no response to emails. And still no refund. I consider it theft to get charged for something I never received. I will not stop complaining until I receive a full refund. Do not use this company. Use Door Dash or something else.

Uber customer service is worst .. today I have booked a cab for my father and it shows 4 min away but took half n hour to reach to the pick up point we had to cancel the ride but still we had to pay for the cancellation.. my father missed his train and paid the cancellation fee as well.. and on the top of this there is no customer care agent who can actually entertain this issue

Uber !!!!!’ Quedo atento a sus comentario; esto teniendo en cuenta que por parte del servicio al cliente de app no dan una respuesta sobre el caso y no es justo que uno de sus conductores y de su equipo de trabajo deje un servicio con una mala imagen !

I booked “premier”today morning and your driver denied to switch on the AC even after telling him that I have Asthma allergies and we all know delhi situation currently on top of it talking like my father on how I should not be using AC right now and kept the windows open. Quite disappointing for the premier price.
