While it's crucial to invest in employees' skills and create a positive work environment, using tactics like employment bonds to prevent them from leaving may have drawbacks. A more effective approach is fostering a workplace culture that encourages growth, recognizes achievements, and provides opportunities for advancement. Trust and loyalty are best built through mutual respect and genuine care for employees professional development rather than restrictive measures. I believe this year will be my year ,to a better advancement and opportunities to grow up.ð¤

Couldnât agree with this sentiment more! A robust recognition strategy supports organizational goals (like retention!) while also helping leaders authentically connect with their people. My take: people who truly feel seen, valued and appreciated for who they are and what they bring to the table (and have the role/schedule/pay/benefits that fit their personal needs) are probably not actively looking for new opportunities. #recognitionmatters #culture #recognition #appreciation
