We Honor Veterans Partners with Axxess to Expand Provider Education for Veterans 🔴 ⚪ 🔵 The Alliance’s We Honor Veterans (WHV) program has partnered with Axxess to provide prospective and current WHV partners with education that introduces them to or deepens their understanding of We Honor Veterans. In honor of Veterans Day, Axxess has launched the program with a course focused on providers new to the WHV program. The full Axxess training library will include courses tailored to care-at-home executives and current partners, in addition to the existing new partner course. Upon completing the training, partners will be equipped to continuously improve the care they provide to the Veteran community and successfully navigate the robust library of provider education available through the We Honor Veterans website. Together, these resources offer best practices and guidance for caring for Veterans at the end of life for organizations new to or at any level of the We Honor Veterans program.
