Couldnât agree with this sentiment more! A robust recognition strategy supports organizational goals (like retention!) while also helping leaders authentically connect with their people. My take: people who truly feel seen, valued and appreciated for who they are and what they bring to the table (and have the role/schedule/pay/benefits that fit their personal needs) are probably not actively looking for new opportunities. #recognitionmatters #culture #recognition #appreciation
