Championing women leaders to create more of what they want in Life and Business | Innovator | CEO & Founder, Crush Coffee Co., The Uncommon Woman Unifying Women Through Coffee, Community, Coaching, and Contribution
Never stop growing because others donât know how to grow, or are afraid of your growth!! Thatâs their issue not yours. If you wanna pivot, change, or expand your business in some way do it for you and not for everyone else. By that I mean - do it because you want to, because you know the value, and because you know that deep down it will enrich your business, your message, your impact, your learning, and YES, YOUR life. As business owners we get to love what we do, choose what we do, and do things that we enjoy. Nowhere is it written that we have to: âcontinue to do the same thing forever âask permission âworry about others opinions âplay small so others can play big âsay no because we werenât first âsay no to growth and change for others comfort âfeel anything but what WE want to feel as business owners âfeel stagnant, bored, and unchallenged I have so many conversations with women who are afraid to change, expand, or grow even though they know it will change their business and their lives. Sometimes they feel like they may have to submit to boredom and stagnancy as the only way if they are going to continue being liked or approved of. Now the bigger MACRO issue is that we need to continue supporting one another and not pushing each other back. But in the meantime while we work on that, move forward in COURAGE, the same courage you used when you started - itâs already inside you! If you feel this (I know I have) hereâs my one piece of advice⦠Donât stay in your lane, Baby. Build the freaking highway! ðï¸ Crush Coffee Co. is officially launching May 2024! ðâï¸ Iâm building a highway!!
