Roadie a few things to consider 1. As a p/t driver, very hard to navigate on the app w/addresses via 3rd party apps (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps), wrong location destinations, unable to locate (app needs updating) 2. Support has a long wait time when your delivering, drivers and customers should have a different line of access when speaking with support (we all call the same number, drivers need to be able to call and have the problem resolved in minutes, priorty access) 3. No incentives are available for drivers (other apps provide incentives - extra dollars for bigger orders on the delivery, peak hour driving incentives, gas discounts/store discounts when you reach a certain driving class) 4. Roadie XD - more miles to drive, smaller more efficient orders (drop and go, similar to Amazon). Driving 230 miles, 13 deliveries, $80 - $110 dollars is definitely not advantageous. 5. Drivers use apps as such Roadie for supplemental income, in addition to a 9-5, some people prefer this also as a full time position to escape the corporate life. 6. I was asked by Roadie XD, why haven’t I taken an XD order (230 miles, $110 and I drive a pickup, it’s all in gas, no profit for me as the driver)
