The HM claimed to have saved time and money. 2. Reduced the number of technical interviews and increased the number of hires per recruiter. 3. Candidates felt more engaged because the recruiter focused on explaining the company culture in detail. 4. Recruiters improved their performance and quality by focusing only on pre-qualified individuals for the position. 5. Raised the skill level of hired individuals, as hiring was done consciously rather than out of the urgency of recruitment.
