Every quarter at Oasis Health Partners we welcome our new teammates at an in person meeting. These sessions provide an opportunity to share the "why" behind Oasis, the importance of our mission, vision and values and get into depth on our priorities. It is an honor for Kari Severson Snaza and I to welcome so many talented people who bring rich and diverse experiences from across healthcare to our team. It was clear from their questions during the Town Hall they are making us better! This quarter we also began a program to further the development of emerging leaders from across our markets and central functions. I am grateful for how this group invested the time to learn more about themselves and how they can bring out the best in themselves and those around them. It was wonderful to have these groups together to share the stories of where Oasis is having an impact on patients, primary care practices and their communities as we build together!
