The highs have been exhilarating, but the lows, oh boy, they've tested my resilience. There's this unique blend of excitement and fear that fuels every decision. The ups? Celebrating those small wins feels like popping champagne, even if it's just closing a deal or overcoming a hurdle. It's those moments that make you believe you're invincible. But, let's talk about the downs. It's a lonely journey. It's tough being the decision-maker, wearing multiple hats, and often feeling like you're on an island. People see the success, but not the sleepless nights or the doubts that creep in. There were times when I questioned everything - the business model, my capabilities, you name it. It can be isolating, especially when you're dealing with setbacks. Yet, here's the silver lining - it's in those moments of solitude and struggle that you find your true grit. 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐥𝐲, 𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞? Well, I can definitely relate! For an entire year, I tirelessly searched for my niche, scratching my head and questioning my direction. But then, something incredible happened. 𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞, 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞. And oh boy, was it a game-changer! Throughout this journey, 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞. 1. I used to find myself delivering powerful talks,  2. Experimenting with different niches for various clients, and 3. Running my own talk show with numerous Experts 4. Gained invaluable experience by working closely with CEOs 5. Collaborating with Entrepreneurs from various industries. But it was during this time that I stumbled upon a market gap that struck a chord within me. I 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 who were yearning to launch their own businesses. The struggle was real, and I knew I had to make a difference. So, armed with passion and a burning desire to help others, I embarked on a 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐮𝐧, 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. I dove deep into market research, analyzing competition, and understanding the needs and aspirations of these incredible women by meeting so many Working Women everyday. You see, 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞—experiencing the loss of a steady paycheck, the loss of identity that often accompanies leaving a stable Government Job and not having an Entrepreneurial Mindset. It was my personal journey that fueled my determination to create a platform that empowers and uplifts women on their entrepreneurial path. Through my business, I provide not just Counseling and Healing, but also a nurturing community where women can find support, resources, and the confidence to take that leap into Entrepreneurship. I was afraid to call myself a founder. ✨ For a long time, I hesitated to own that title. Call it impostor syndrome, insecurity, or just the worry of what people might think. When we started We The Spectrum, I chose to focus behind the scenes, letting my partner represent our brand publicly. I told myself it was better that way. It took me over two years to even consider calling myself a founder. And honestly, I still struggle with it. I’m not entirely comfortable with the title, and maybe I never will be. But from talking to other women entrepreneurs, I know I’m not alone. Many women founders carry this inner dialogue, constantly justifying their value and position to themselves. It’s a constant journey. 🌱 Over time, I’ve picked up a few ways to work through the nerves and doubts. These aren’t rules, but methods I’ve adapted from other women founders who’ve openly shared their journeys. I hope these tips are a helpful reminder on the tougher days: 1.Focus on one day at a time. 🗓️ I used to try to plan months ahead, but now, when things get overwhelming, I bring it down to just today. Progress, even in small steps, matters. 2.Everything is figureoutable. 💪 Remind yourself you can find a way through. 3.Build your village. 👥 As women, we’re strong at creating connections. Lean on your network and work together. 4.It’s okay to feel. 💖 Things will affect us. Allow yourself to feel, process, and heal. 5.Say what you need to say—even if your voice shakes. 🗣️ Your perspective matters. 6.Don’t let others’ fears define you. 🚫 Their opinions don’t have to shape your path. 7.There’s no such thing as a “stupid” idea. 💡 Every idea has potential waiting to be explored. “I KNOW I’m here to make a big impact, but I feel stuck.” I hear this ALLLL the time on client calls. These women want to build a big, recognizable brand, where they’ll have a platform to really help other people… but they’re terrified it won’t work.
