A balance between all, however, it is better if teacher is given opportunity to invite on some particular day, when something exciting is lined up. Sometimes, the visit happens when it's continuation of previous class, so evaluator may not get the right opportunity for feedback.
A blend of these strategies would likely be most effective in enhancing a teacher's instructional capabilities through a thoughtful and supportive evaluation process⦠ð
