Out here in this world 🌎 of women entrepreneurs who got fed up with corporate and started their own businesses, things are a little woo, and I love it. â™¥ï¸ We get to talk about stuff that you can’t talk about in corporate. 🢠Like feminine energy. Can you imagine a boardroom being like, “we need to invite some more feminine energy âš¡ in here.†?!? But it’s true. Embracing feminine energy brings more ༄ flow, ease, and creativity in my business. Letting go of the corporate, more masculine mindset for me right now means striving less. More Yin, less Yang. When I work, I work hard. But you can’t be working at your top strength 💪 100% of the time. My brain just won’t. 🚫 I’m allowing the ebb and flow of energy. Learning to ride the waves. 🌊 Another part of this is rejecting the 9-5, a$$ in the seat decree. Thou shalt be here and productive regardless of where your energy is at during the hours 🕜 you are paid for. My work 💻 is way better, my LIFE is way better when I let it be looser than that.
