This is so incredibly exciting and makes me miss my grantmaking days. Are you seeking experts for application evaluation? I'd love to help read / review apps!

Inspiring in focus, scale, and the impact this will have. And, love seeing the participatory process built in to the design - hope a model for others too!

This is wonderful. I hope to see an organization that combats and brings awareness to Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women considers applying to help in prevention of this epidemic we face in Indian Country. We as Indigenous women are dehumanized by society, and with providing healthy empowering spaces, we can reduce the harm we face.

I saw the email for this announcement first thing this morning and am so happy and proud of the work Melinda French Gates is doing to advance women’s well-being. I know I likely won’t qualify to participate in this grant, but, I hope many worthy organizations see it and respond! Bold moves like this partnering with Lever for Change will make my and all of our daughters future brighter. Thank you!

- An amendment to codify a woman's right to an abortion into our constitution could prove daunting, even with Kamala Harris at the helm, because Democrats require a sizable majority in both the House and Senate to move forward... - Also, her suggestion to rid us of the filibuster (to a simple Senate majority vote) historically has proven difficult... - At the same time, I believe with Trump at the helm, he will enact draconian laws that will outlaw abortion outright nationally as his political apparatus and his surrogates tout... - The Biden Administration proposed a vote by the legislature to appoint four new justices to the Supreme Court who may be amenable to the abortion issue. Many may see this as political, as when attempted by The FDR Administration; a move to 'stack' the court... Consider: 'A judicial 'procedural' upheaval; not a judicial 'political' upheaval.'... 'Solely the female justices of the Supreme Court alone must decide cases related to 'Womens Reproductive Health' for their fellow 'sisterhood' in the citizenry, while their male counterparts either recuse, or even abstain from such cases.'... empathyequalsjustice.com (Four Pages - Three Minute Read) Reference: Thomas Doyle - 'Top' Featured Post - #KamalaHarris
