Wow true #leasership
Insecure leaders are the worst They are truly micromanagers and they waste your time with small things
Insecure leaders are truly weak people There is no other word to describe them
Most managers aren't leaders, and they will never be. Situation is worse when those managers suppress leaders in the team and antagonise team against leaders. Another issue is that it's hard to get "yes people" to challenge you, but same applies to "no people". So in order to be successful leader you need to either own the business, or have manager that actively wants your success. You also need to be lucky enough to work with people that aren't afraid to challenge you. Usually it's not you they are afraid of, but it's risk of revealing their incompetence. People should stop being afraid of that. We are all incompetent. We don't know everything. We learn every day. In order to learn you have to be incompetent in the first place. People are afraid of those who are confidently incompetent. Being confidently incompetent means you are curious, you want to learn things that you know that you don't know. Being challenged is the best mechanism for us to learn. Realising that I don't know the answer and confidently stating "I don't know the answer to that, we can figure this out together" is what makes you true leader.
Be a man dedicated to discipline, determination, and direction. Everything else is merely noise. â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~ If you want to see big results from your work, be willing to do the hard things more. Be quick in doing hard things until it feels easy. â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~â¢~ âDon't fear failure so much that you refuse to try new things. The saddest summary of life contains three descriptions: could have, might have and should have.â
Iâve always believed that the power of growth comes from being open to challenge. Surrounding yourself with people who have the courage to speak their truthâespecially when it differs from yoursâtakes you to a higher level of understanding and success. Itâs not about having people who agree with you; itâs about having people who help you see what you canât see on your own. Thatâs where real transformation happens, not just for you, but for everyone around you!
Wow, I love you posting. It is very true. There's people in this world who surrounds themselves with people who always say yes, okay, what else can I do for you? But there are some people who are strong-minded individual. That will challenge you for what you are saying and what you are doing, especially when it's against them.. Is people who challenges Things are people Are strong Minded people who have their mindset intact Because they are determined individual that will take risk and challenge. The demeanor even get better when they are being challenged. So what's up?With those kind of people cause there's strong-minded people.I guess i'm talking about myself.
And those whom challenge them usually end up sacked,,,it's them insecure leader whom directly choose not to recognize upcoming young talent,it happens in 50% cases scenarios.A born leader cannot be taken of his throne,,,In my words again, our leaders should recognize upcoming talent. The leaders of the 80,s we tired of you,,The leaders of the 20 th century would rather work with new horizon talents to make the Organization more productive and Secure.
Having a team full of people that aren't afraid to express their own thoughts and listen to others will always lead to a more successful team.
Real leadership isnât just about hearing challengesâitâs about creating an environment where dissent sharpens strategy. The most effective leaders donât just invite differing opinions; they actively reward them. If your circle only echoes back your thoughts, youâre not leadingâyouâre stagnating. Innovation thrives on friction.

Itâs about growth, challenge, and continuous learning. As a leader, if youâre not open to feedback or pushback, youâre limiting your potential and your team's success. Great leaders know that leadership is a skillâone thatâs honed through coaching, mentorship, and embracing the discomfort that comes with being challenged. In fact, leadership coaching encourages exactly this: inviting diverse perspectives and learning how to make better decisions by encouraging others to speak up, not just agree. Leaders who surround themselves with "yes people" miss out on critical opportunities to grow. Coaching teaches leaders the importance of emotional intelligence, helping them build teams that are not only loyal but also honest, innovative, and empowered to contribute meaningfully. ð±
