Lately, I've been reflecting on the challenges many of my clients faceâoverwhelmed by back-to-back meetings, endless travel, and the feeling of being trapped in a cycle that leaves them drained and miserable. I've considered creating a productivity program to help them optimize their time. And while that might be useful, I believe it would not fully address the pain. The real power lies in the courage to say no. It's about refusing a life dictated by "work", taking full responsibility for the life we live, and adopting a courageous posture to stop, say no, and build a life that feels full and meaningful.
