Did you know?? In Ontario the minimum down payment required for a home purchase depends on the purchase price. For homes priced up to 500K, the minimum payment is 5%. For home price between 500K to 999,999, the minimum down payment is 5% on the first 500K and 10% on the remaining portion. For hoke priced above 1M or more, the minimum down payment is 20%.
