This made me chuckle, but it also hits close to home as a physician. Funny how those we go above and beyond for are sometimes the least satisfied, while others we feel weâve done little for are the most vocally appreciative! It all boils down to one thing: experienceâoften just as important as outcomes. In healthcare, we sometimes call this the PUN (Patient's Unmet Needs). Many of the worldâs leading health systems we collaborate with understand that experience is key, especially in their digital-first strategies. The patientâs journey should always be front and center when designing solutions, and digital health is uniquely positioned to scale and enhance those experiences.
