Unpopular opinion but…So what women are paid less? So what if victim focused people are killing the prosperity of women and children trying to control old narratives and impact? So what if self control is limited in so many people that the current culture of addictions is more protected than the sanity of a lower cost, healthier success path out of it for all? Yes. The reality is, right now, powerful people are actually a cancer in the ecosystem. And in a sick body this inflamed, equity is not going to come to women first. And so If you are a woman of color and/or older or not in technology then you have even less of a chance. And if you are not focused on a way to keep the faith then it is all not going to bode well for humanity. But I challenge you to reframe the frustration and narratives and say… So what? Then shift your behavior. Just stop posting on the problems and start filling your feed and conversations with your solutions. Until late last year, if you had asked me that question, my answer would have been: listening, problem solving, creating innovative and efficient solutions, creating safe and non-judgmental spaces, and empowering others to believe in themselves and get unstuck by seeing new perspectives and possibilities for taking aligned action towards their goals. 🎉 While they still are my superpowers, I have a new - and dare I say - miraculous one, and I am celebrating it!! ⚡𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀. Yup, you read that right! 👀 I've always been highly intuitive, but this is seriously next level! When speaking with a client, friend or mastermind partner, and they ask a question, I receive messages that they are meant to hear. What's my "tell" (for the poker players here)? My eyes become teary. If they are open to hearing the message, I share it without thinking about how it's supposed to sound or otherwise filtering it. I trust it - and the women entrepreneurs I have been supporting consistently report that the messages are spot on. 🎯 It's so fulfilling to be able to do this for others. When sharing advice or information as a friend, coach, healer, family member or otherwise, it's easy to share what serves a personal agenda. To be able to share messages with clients and others that do not have an agenda, but are their truth, feels incredible.
