Media training is all about maximizing each and every interview opportunity. Even your best spokespeople can benefit from mastering new techniques that help them deliver key messages in ways that get them included in media coverage.

RUNâ¦.RUNâ¦.RUNâ¦. Stay as far away from this LA as you physically can until they address the serious failings in the childrenâs services department of Herefordshire council that go right to the very top!! The âprofessionalsâ (I use that word loosely) higher up are selfish, egotistical and manipulative! even after accepting a mountain of failings imposed on a family they continue to make sure everything fits the narrative and agenda they have chosen so that they can continue to hide the severe magnitude of the failings and mess ups that have been and continue to be made. The children are sadly just collateral damage in their mission to hide the truth! They ignore court orders, court approved plans and abuse families that they are meant to support all while turning a blind eye to the abuse children are suffering while in their care! or they make a never ending list of excuses and reasons as to why they missed the abuse that was inflicted on the children while in placement!â¦.There are a few SWs that are genuinely good at their job and are trying to make a difference to the failing and inadequate department within the council but they can only do so much when some of failings are happening because SWs come and go so quickly as they struggle to maintain steady staffing partly because SWs are being over worked, over stretched with extremely high case loads with not enough hours in a day to be able to adequately manage and safe guard all children in their case loads but also because serious failings are happening higher up the career ladder. Then sadly when mistakes are made, failings happen and there is evidence given to support those claims those higher up have no choice but to acknowledge and accept those claims BUT they then very quickly put the blame on the SWs that are on the âgroundâ trying their best to do the job and working with the families which means they then are the ones that have to face the backlash from the families, those close to the families and the general public are lead to believe that the SWs are the ones to blame for the issues so they become the focus and targets of the frustration, pain and angerâ¦â¦but just like most things you have those that want to help and make the service better you have th other side of workers that donât have the right intentions. For example one of the SWs in the children with disability team who is actively going behind parents backs encouraging family members to take restraining orders out on the parents even though they have had no contact with them in over 2.5years! Last time I checked if youâre having very minimal to no contact itâs not harassment? Or maybe I have it wrong which means the police officer I spoke to has it wrong as well.
Start the summer with a new career - We're hiring! For opportunities in social care visit: https://orlo.uk/LTtVj For other positions across Herefordshire Council, find out more & apply here: https://orlo.uk/A2Tuy

Exploring Ocean and Water Connection and Communities ð Marcomms and Community Specialist for Enviro-Social Change ð Content Strategist ð Event Facilitator (Wellness and Nature Specialism) ð Writer ð Divemaster
A #SustainabilityComms opportunity I recommend for fellow enviro-social impact storytellers with Trase - Intelligence for sustainable trade from a trusted source and amazing woman ð±. I recently started working with Rosa A. Indenbaum through my work with The Bloom. Learning about Trase's and her approach to #DEI and recruitment more widely through her posts and events in the community warms my heart ð. There is a huge lack of intersectionality in the #GreenJobs space and it's something I've felt the damaging consequences of first-hand for over a decade ð¥. Walking into teams and countless #ImpactJobs interviews where I'm the only person of colour or organisations where there is minimal (if any) diversity in leadership positions has been jarring and is a huge red flag ð©. I'm grateful to work and connect with diverse, phenomenal women every day - our Bloomers blow my mind and so do my colleagues LetÃcia Schuli and Jasmine Anouna ð. And so, I share this job because we all deserve to find fulfilment in work and teams that actively work towards and embody equal opportunity and expansive thinking ð¢. I strongly believe that any organisation's growth potential is truly limited without diversity of thought and the evidence checks out ð. Rant over ð. This is one worth a look - they even offer UK VISA sponsorship ð¤©. #representationmatters #diversityandinclusion #sustainabilityjobs #communicationsjobs #diverseworkforce

The difference between Press Office and Public Relations services can be a game-changer for your brand! ð¹ Press Office: Focus on media relations to ensure your companyâs message is effectively communicated to the public. Think press releases, interviews, and maintaining a positive media presence. ð¹ Public Relations: Takes a broader approach, managing your company's image with all stakeholders â from clients and investors to partners and the wider community. While the Press Office zeroes in on media interaction to generate news, Public Relations covers all forms of interaction to establish a positive reputation. At Bossa Promotions, we excel in both areas! ð¯ Our integrated approach ensures seamless communication and a strong image. #bossapromotions #bossabrazil #brazilianculture #culturalexchange #worldwide #bossa #eventplanning #rsvpservice #tradeshow #trainingprogram #festivalplanning #cultureexchange #marketingservices

Driving market growth in the MedTech & Diagnostics sector. Proud to be part of a life-changing industry.
Reminder to everyone: Your recruiter doesn't need to be in the same country to find you a job or staff! For example, I might be based in Berwick, just 4 miles south of the Scottish border, but that doesnât make me any less qualified to recruit for a position in Newquay, 513 miles away, than in Scotland. The way to judge a recruiter is the strength of their network and relationshipsâmost of which are developed through a phone and internet connection. If you want someone who lives and breathes your specific location, consider hiring a local historian. Otherwise, trust in the process of a well-connected recruiter to get the job done.
