- On a recent flight, I sat next to two people who work together. They were going on and on about how they just discovered that their coworker received a bigger bonus than they did. They couldn't understand how this had happened. After all, they'd been at the company for two years longer. I'm positive this discovery left them feeling disengaged with work.
